We are so sorry if our product does not arrive perfectly. We know how frustrating that can be!
– Please know that we gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 14 days from delivery.
– Please note that all products must have their original tags, invoices, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact.
– All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.
– Security tag must be intact for any exchange or return.
*Just so you know, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if the security tag is broken. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us maintain the quality and security of our products. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
– Products purchased during the sale can only be exchanged.
Procedure for return
– You can send us an email at care@houseofbhavana.in with a photo or video of the unboxing and item along with the order details. Please write your order number, name and ‘RETURN’ in the subject line of email.
– We process the refund every Tuesday and Friday. And, our payment partner takes 5-7 business days to remit the amount. Therefore, you will receive the refund amount within 10 days from the date we receive the item in our warehouse. The amount will be remitted through the same route from which we received the payment. If you face any issues or do not receive the amount within the stipulated time, do not panic you can just drop an email at care@houseofbhavana.in
Procedure for exchange
– You can send us an email at care@houseofbhavana.in with your with photo or video of unboxing and item along with the order details. Please write your order number, name and ‘EXCHANGE’ in the subject line of your email.
– We will dispatch another piece of the same item within 5-7 days after receiving the returned piece in our warehouse.
